What is E-Cigarette? An electronic cigarette is actually an electric device which mimics traditional tobacco cigarettes. It usually includes a battery, a power supply just like a built-in charger, and anatomized filter such as a tank or cartridge.
The advantage of E-Cigarettes is that they are a convenient option to smoking, especially for smokers that are trying to quit. An individual still gets the nicotine/potency effect, but without actual smoke involved. In contrast to the burnt cigarettes, E-Cigarettes do not pollute the air , nor cause carbon monoxide. As such, using an electronic cigarettes is generally described as “vaping”, since the user inhales vap rather than smoke. Furthermore, regular cigarette smokers are constantly breathing in second-hand smoke, which is associated with many health issues including cancer.
Much like regular cigarettes, as can release harmful toxins into the air when you puff on a E-Cigarette. Based on the American Association of Cancer Researchers, second-hand cigarette smoke is the most common reason behind cancer in adults. Inhaling second-hand smoke is connected with increased risks of mouth, throat, nose, lips, tongue, and lung cancer; actually, these risks tend to be more serious than those from smoke from burning cigarettes. However, it has been reported that while vapers do experience these same symptoms, their symptoms could be significantly less and their frequency is more much like non-smokers.

Since vapor from E-Cigarettes doesn’t contain any chemicals, there is no doubt that it is much safer than smoking a normal cigarette. But because vapor doesn’t contain any chemicals doesn’t mean that it is harmless either. Far from it, vapor from E-Cigarettes has been proven to contain around six times more threatening chemicals than the chemicals within a single cigarette. So while vapor from E-Cigarettes has been touted instead of smoking, it could grow to be worse for the lungs than smoking!
When you begin tapering, you’ll notice that your throat is dry. Simply because the vapor from E-Cigarettes contains large amounts of tar and toxic chemicals. But unless you stop soon enough, your throat may become seriously dry and swollen. In acute cases, the throat can even begin to bleed. Therefore, you should quit smoking and stop using electric cigarettes immediately if you notice any symptoms of respiratory illness or damage to the lungs.
What is Vaping? Exactly like regular cigarettes, vapor from E-Cigarettes can lead to thousands of deaths every year. Given that vapor from E-Cigarettes is available to everyone, vapinger young people are opting to use vapor products instead of using traditional tobacco products. Therefore, the vapor from E-Cigarettes is quite popular among young people. As vapor from E-Cigarettes becomes popular among teenagers, the tobacco industry will have to take extreme measures to avoid young people from having the capacity to quit using vapor products they have grown to love so much.
